How far in advance should I book Alive Events?

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for Saturday dates between May and November, which fill up quickly. Many of our clients book 12 to 18 months in advance to secure their preferred date.

Do you offer set packages?

No. Alive Events does not sell rigid, one-size-fits-all packages. Every event is planned and customized from the ground up based on your vision, your venue, and your guest list. This is one of the things that sets us apart from other entertainment companies.

Who will I work with during the planning process?

You'll work directly with the DJ or MC who will actually perform at your event — not a sales representative or a third-party coordinator. This means better communication, better planning, and a team that's personally invested in your celebration from day one.

Can I meet my DJ or MC before the event?

Absolutely. We encourage it. Getting to know the person behind the mic before your event is part of what makes the Alive Events experience different.

What information do I need to provide when planning my event?

We'll guide you through everything during the planning process. Generally, we'll discuss your venue, guest count, event timeline, music preferences, key moments like first dances or candle lighting, and any special production elements you'd like to include. We make the process easy and enjoyable.

What is a custom first dance edit? Our signature custom first dance edit is a personalized version of your chosen song, uniquely arranged and produced for your specific moment. It might blend multiple songs, build to a dramatic peak, or include a surprise musical shift — all timed and crafted to make your first dance feel cinematic and completely one of a kind.

Do you offer cold sparks and CO₂ cannons?
